The cleaning was ok but lots of problems , firstly the payments for the services was a nightmare I ended up paying 2.5 times the costs and had to get repayments of 1.5 costs , it was agreed before not to enter my bedroom as part of the cleaning for privacy reasons , I even spoke to one of the team the day before and they agreed then that they would not enter the bedroom . I even put a sign on the door and some tape . but they entered the room , unless they just took the tape of for some fun . I was informed nothing would be put outside the house and that things would be in bags inside the property but bags were placed outside . I looked through the bags outside thoroughly and found 3 of my Books, my service record for my car and 2 Dyson Vacuum cleaning parts for my Dyson Hoover . The bags were filled with so much stuff I hurt my back lifting them ..And they left the back door to the conservatory unlocked ,that’s two locks .
After spending ages looking for cleaners, I’m so glad I went with Stella’s Cleaning Services.
